Executing Commands/Actions on the Support Tools View

On the Support Tools view, you can select a user or computer and then execute a custom command that you have created using the Commands and Action function under Site Management .

To execute a command/action on a selected user or computer on the Support Tools view, perform the following steps.

To execute a command/action on a user or computer:

  1. On the Support Tools tab, click Support Tools . The Support Tools view opens.
  2. Enter search terms in the filter boxes to locate a user or computer. Matching resources are listed.
  3. Click the gear icon in the Action column next to a resource listing. A menu of available commands/actions are listed.
  4. Select an command/action from the list. The command/action is executed.
