Default Question Templates

When App Portal is installed, several default Question Templates are created. The following table lists those default question templates and their purpose.

Type	Template Name	Purpose
Software or General Catalog Item	Software	Associate with a Software catalog item to prompt the end user to provide information when requesting that catalog item.
Non-Catalog Item	Associate with a non-catalog item to prompt the end user to provide the information necessary to obtain a software or hardware asset that is not listed in the App Portal catalog.
Alert Action Catalog Item	KeepTemplate	Associate with an Alert Action catalog item to prompt the user to enter information when they choose to keep an unused application.
ProofOfPurchaseTemplate	Associate with an Alert Action catalog item to prompt the user to provide proof of purchase of an installed application.
UninstallationWithNoProgramTemplate	Associate with an Alert Action catalog item to prompt the end user to explain why the application (without a program template) should be uninstalled.
