CreateWorkflowGroup
You can use the createWorkflowGroup web method to create new work flow group.
Parameters
The createWorkflowGroup web method includes the following parameters:

| workflowFamilyName | String | Name of the workflow family. | |

Return Value
Returns one of the following values:
- Returns TRUE for success
- Returns FALSE for error
