App Portal Integration API Web Methods

The App Portal integration API is exposed as a Web Service, located at the following URL:

    http://[AppPortalServer]/ESD/ws/integration.asmx

Syntax

These web methods use the following syntax:

webMethodName (parameter1value, parameter2value, parameter3value, ...)

Parameter values must be listed in the order in which they appear in the Parameters tables provided in this section, separated by commas. Strings must be enclosed in double quotes. Here is an example of a web method with multiple parameters, some of which are strings:

ExpireAlertsForAppByComputer ("MGS-APP-00000140330", "DT-ITA-080950", 1)

AddAirwatchAndroidApp [AP_APIRef_AddAirwatchAndroid]

You can use the AddAirwatchAndroidApp web method to add an AirWatch Android application to a catalog item.

Parameters

The AddAirwatchAndroidApp web method includes the following parameters:

catalogItemIDIntegerID of the catalog item.
appNameStringName of the application.
airWatchAndroidAppIDStringApplication ID of the Android application in AirWatch.
apptypeStringEnter one of the following values to identify the application type: Unknown Public Internal
locGroupIdIntegerNumber identifying the Active Directory location group that was specified for this mobile application when it was added to AirWatch. Only users within the mobile application’s same location group hierarchy will have access to that mobile application.

You can use the AddAirwatchiOSApp web method to add an AirWatch iOS application to a catalog item.

The AddAirwatchiOSApp web method includes the following parameters:

isIPhoneDeploymentBooleanEnter True if catalog item is for iPhone; otherwise, enter False .

apptypeStringEnter one of the following values to identify the application type: Unknown Public Internal
